My Story: How Sandy’s Deals Was Born 🤍🛒

If there’s one thing I’ve learned on my journey, it’s that the best ideas often come from real life—messy moments, tight budgets, and trying to take care of our families the best we can.
Sandy’s Deals started exactly that way.

My name is Sandy — I’m a wife, a mom of four children, and a soon-to-be grandma of seven. And yes… I really do live at the beach! Myrtle Beach has become my happy place, my peace, and the spot where so many of my ideas (and blessings) have come to life.

I wasn’t planning to build a website, run a Facebook group, or become the friend everyone comes to for deals. I was just a mom and grandma trying to save money anywhere I could… and somewhere along the way, that turned into something so much bigger.

How It All Started

I’ve always been the one digging for coupons, comparing prices, checking stores, and making sure I got the best deal possible. It wasn’t just for fun (even though I love it!) — it was a necessity. Like many families, there were seasons where money was tight, bills piled up, and every dollar mattered.

And each time I found a really good deal, I’d think:

“Why not share this with other families who are trying to save money just like me?”

I didn’t know it then, but that simple thought — wanting to help other families stretch their budgets — would eventually turn into something so much bigger.

From Sharing a Few Deals… to Building a Community

What began as casually sharing deals with friends and family slowly grew into something bigger. People were grateful. They were saving money. They were asking for more.

So I decided to create a space where families could come together, find real deals they could trust, and save money without all the stress and searching.

That space eventually became my Facebook community, Kids Deals & Steals, and from there, everything started to grow.

But I knew I wanted to expand beyond just one platform. I wanted to build something larger — something branded to me and my mission, something that could help families everywhere.

That’s when Sandy’s Deals was born.
